Professor Dr. Kim Otto is responsible for strategic media consulting, strategic communication, media training and video production at Sagesklar. He holds the university professorship for business journalism and business communication at the Julius Maximilian University of Würzburg. He is also a lecturer at the ARD-ZDF Media Academy. The Grimme Prize winner worked for over 20 years for the ARD magazine Monitor, the Tagesschau and for the documentary and reportage program "Die Story" on ARD. Kim Otto studied economics, law, political science and journalism.

Roman Rusch is responsible for strategic media consulting, media training and audiovisual content production at Sagesklar. He holds the professorship for interview techniques, moderation and presentation at the Ansbach University of Applied Sciences. He teaches regularly at the ARD/ZDF Media Academy and moderates events and conferences for media and companies. Before that, Roman Rusch was senior editor at Westdeutscher Rundfunk for over 15 years and, as editor-in-chief, was responsible for the ARD business magazine Plusminus, among other things. Most recently, from 2018 to 2023, he reported on the EU, NATO and the Benelux countries as editor-in-chief and correspondent in the ARD Studio Brussels for Tagesschau and Tagesthemen. Roman Rusch studied law, economics and music.

Dr. Perry Reisewitz is responsible for crisis communication, strategic communication and media training at Sagesklar. Reisewitz is an expert in crisis communication with a focus on cybercrime, extortion, fraud, product defects, financial issues, accidents and allegations of sexual harassment. Since 2001 he has been managing partner of the PR agency Compass Communications. He regularly teaches at the Bavarian Press Academy. From 2006 to 2012 he taught as a professor for public relations and communication management at the Macromedia University of Media and Communication. Perry Reisewitz studied Romance languages, German and political science.

Rebecca Rusch is responsible for social media and media training at Sagesklar. She initially worked as a consultant for cross-media rights management at Westdeutscher Rundfunk. She then became department head at one of the first large fitness companies to create tailor-made online training courses for its clients. She also developed social media campaigns for the company. The certified social media and online marketing manager has been working as an independent consultant since 2016. Rebecca Rusch is a lawyer and economist.

Markus Malangeri is responsible for photography and video production at Sagesklar. He was managing partner of Creative Company Studio GmbH in Essen. Markus Malangeri then worked for well-known camera manufacturers such as Leica and Hasselblad. He now heads the video and photo studio in Essen.
